Our yard consists of five top quality built stables situated within four acres of land, one of which is a large corner one. We have two grazing paddocks with automatic water troughs, a 40 x 20 well drained (ten drains!) forever dry, sand paddock. We have a large driveway suitable for tractors, trailers, horse boxes, deliveries, gated by two 14ft gates. We are in one of the most sought after prestigous areas with stunning views of the Penine Chain making it look like we are in the middle of the countryside yet near to all ameneties.
Hopes for 2011:
2011 we hope to have additional stables built, it will consist of a block of 3 with 2 open shelters, one for storage one for stocks.This block will be for the broodmares. This new block will be along the drive looking towards the sand paddock if pp is granted.
